We offer a ‘Bespoke Shop at Home’ service, enabling our customers to view and compare flooring samples within their own homes or businesses. This not only provides a more accurate representation of how the finished carpet flooring will complement your space, but also allows us to offer a highly personalized service while maintaining competitive pricing compared with many showroom-based retailers.
A successful flooring installation begins with proper preparation. As part of our service, we will survey and undertake all necessary sub-floor preparations, addressing aspects such as moisture suppressants (DPM's), smoothing compounds (screeds), and wooden sub-floor remediation (plywood). This ensures a stable, durable foundation that will result in superior finished flooring.
Additionally, if required, we can provide door trimming and height adjustments, especially when transitioning from a smooth floor to a thick, luxurious carpet.
